Anybody ever hunt delevan before? been trying to get a ressie there for years and finally got one. What’s the inside scoop?
 
Have not been there since the 90's. As with all new situations, try to be near the center area of ponds and avoid being on the edges of the property.
 
What ressie # you have? I moved back up north and hunt it regularly. Just let me know if you need someone to go with

Delevan ain't no San Jac that's for sure.

The Jac is small and the blinds are spaced pretty close imo. There is no free roam at the Jac where as at Delevan it's mostly free roam with limited blinds. Apples and Oranges IMO

That makes sense. I bet it makes a big difference when the birds have space to fly between blinds without skybusting lunatics shooting at them.
