Hand Gun Question

I have not bought a hand gun in a long time. So do I need a gun safety cert to buy a new handgun?

doesnt a current hunting license exempt you from the test? Or is that just for long guns?

Reading the safety hand book will help. The test is multiple choice and is simple if you are experience.
