How many coolers of what size for 2 elk? Going to Utah for a bull/cow combo in October.

I would say 3 160 qt coolers if you are gonna harvest a bull and a cow. Even that would be tight. If you want to save space I would recommend getting some insulated soft side fish bags they hold a lot of meat depending on the size and they don’t take up a ton of room like large coolers.

Canyon claims you can get 5-600lbs of fish in one of these 40x60 coolers. Cool thing is they roll up like a cot mat size.
