More taxes on guns and ammo in Ca.

So Newscum signed the 11% tax increase today. This is an unconstitutional tax and hope it get overturned in the courts. Why the FU$K do sportsmen need to bear the brunt of overcoming gun crimes when the current laws are not even enforced. Just think what gonna happen when the POS becomes president because it's coming

And when he does become president then the real sh*t will hit the fan. Time to stock up, you all have until, July 1st 24. Thank god I'm a hoarder, I have about 25 rounds total to use in the weapons I borrow. Gun scare me.

I think this one is actually a long game attack on hunting federally and the 2A. Either way it's a win for him regardless of outcome.
Gavin knows that when this law is challenged the arguments made are likely to include how it's unconstitutional to tax a right. If the state wins they get to tax us and price people out of defense, firearm ownership, hunting etc in the state. BUT if the state loses they may of just established court president that can be used to attack the Pittman-Robertson Act and dismantle our countries model of conservation. Taking billions away, which would degrade the quality of hunting. Thus creating less hunters. Creating less gun owners. See where this could go...

While I was "working" on the central coast last month...I went to the local big 5 to pick up some 22 ammo for the landowners grandson.. I was shamed for even attempting to purchase ammo in that god forsaken state...been so long since I have...I had no clue you had to be a resident..a long with giving blood and a retina scan with a back ground check amongst all the other crap...God that place sucks ..and so does big 5..

Those are only a few of the problems. My friend went in a while back to purchase some 30-06 ammo, he was refused because his current address did not match what they had on file, he had moved. No problem, contact the Ca. DOJ and get the issue resolved, have you ever dealt with that bunch of bureaucratic imbeciles. They truly do not know the law or how research it to find the answer To any issue you may have. I took him several attempts and a lot of leg work to resolve this problem. I personal have sent them several emails with regards to question I had on some of the new laws that this state had passed. I am still waiting for answers, but it's only been about 16 months, I guess I'm expecting too much. It's only going to get worst. One law at a time they are going to make gun ownership in this state, a thing of the past. F*&K this state and all the liberals running it.

And that arrogant ba$t@rd has the gall to call this a " sin " tax. I'm sure this will become the norm in all liberal socialist blue states

Back when i lived in CA i had a ccw but was denied the purchase of a handgun. After 6 months of back and forth, plus more money out of pocket, I was finally cleared. Proof all the regulations do is hurt law abiding citizens. Make sure you pay your extortion fees...

I had a similar experience to GunDogLover,
Went shooting with a group of buddies. One of them does not own any firearms and was paying for the ammo on our outing. He was denied the purchase. So my other friend went in to purchase the ammo and had the issue with the address not maticing. I went in to purchase it and they wouldn't sell me certain calibers because i didn't have any firearms in that caliber registered to me.

I love how beautiful CA is not to mention the weather I grew up enjoying on Orange county the first 38 years of my life. That being said the politics in the state are ass backwards and in the workd of the great hatchet "they are designed to hurt".

I also just read Gov. Shitsom also passed some regulation on where you are not lawfully allowed to carry a firearm,
"concealed firearms would not be allowed in areas such as day-care centers and schools, bars, college campuses, government buildings, medical facilities, parks and playgrounds, and on public transit."

Im sure all of the non bail elidable crooks they turn back to the streets everyday will follow those rules...

I really with my home state had a fighting chance of being the great state it once was but they have taken so much and there is so much bureaucratic BS it would take hundreds of years..

Not to be questioning... but I'm dubious that's what actually occurred. I've seen this brought up as a concern but first I've heard of it happening. Sure it wasn't some other lame reason?
I typically do the opposite of what hatchet tried to do so it's not like getting ammo in this idiotic state is something I do often but I'm pretty sure I've gotten 20g and other calibers that I don't have registered without issue.

And yes the idiot also signed a location ban for ccw. Which has a vampire clause. So stores have to post a sign saying it's ok for it to be ok. And it also includes shared parking lots etc.

To give an example of how bad it is here now I was attacked and threatened to be shot by some homeless drug addict while walking back from the store last week for essentially telling him to mind his own business and don't tell me what to do. I was not carrying because up until recently I haven't felt as much of a need where I reside and the county I was in was previously not friendly to issuing.

Under this new garbage that Newsom signed even holding a CCW I will not be allowed to carry because I went to the store. The Vons shares their parking with multiple other businesses including a dental office, which is a medical facility. So even if every business, including the dental office, has signage saying carrying is OK the entire area is a prohibited location because there's a medical facility. And because that is my destination when I walk that effectively makes my entire route a prohibited area, including where I was assaulted and threatened to be shot.

And for anybody wondering the guy got caught and had multiple felony warrants out on him already... I know, shocker. And LAPD came in the next day arresting more people and irradicating the entire area of these scumbag RV encampments. So while I wasn't carrying a gun I do still carry stupid prizes and am more then happy to hand them out to criminal scumbags wanting to play stupid games.

So that's the current state of our state. Other then the guy that hit me my guess is all the other people they arrested are back out on the street already. At least there's nothing left for them to come back to in our neighborhood any more. Great job Gavin!

Not sure what else it could have been, That was the excuse to infringe on my rights they gave me.
Needless to say, I hate ca...

Not much better up here in OR but i feel there is a fighting chance to keep the state a little more red then CA (could also be wishful thinking)

I doubt that that is what actually happened . I mean, based on previous responses, if he is/was homeless, how does he get ammo if he does not have a verified address???
