Um... the InterWebz seems to disagree with that statement.
Did you perhaps mean to state that Horned Owls are one of the few species that *regularly* predate on skunks?

Run into 'em all the time in the night-time while leaving back outta D15. Usually scurrying up ahead of me in some thicker part of the trail. I kinda don't mind seeing them, since I figure they probably keep away the other predators to some degree or another. And they are kinda cute.

That's rad.. love owls but especially those. A few years back I saw a huuuuge giant horned owl in the IV. Took a pic but I think it's on my old phone.
