Newbie looking for some turkey help

How's it going folks I am extremely new to hunting and I am looking to link up with someone who is willing to let me tag along on a turkey hunt. I have a buddy who mainly hunts deer and javelina but usually goes to Arizona to do his hunting. We went to CNF this last weekend in hope of finding a tom or two but came up empty handed.
