Monthly meeting tonight 6:30pm @ the hamburger factory in Poway.
The USDA Forest Service has reached out to us and a few other outdoor sportsman organizations in San Diego County seeking help to scout and report the condition of guzzlers in the Cleveland National Forest's Palomar, Descanso, and Trabuco Ranger districts. This is an excellent opportunity to get out in the wild, scout new areas and help the organization that works to keep our forests unchanged for future generations.
If you would like more information on tentative dates, what work is involved, or just to sign up; join us on Tuesday the 23rd at 6:30 PM at The Hamburger Factory Family Restaurant, 14122 Midland Rd, Poway, Ca 92064. You do not need to be a member to attend or volunteer.
I realize many of us have some tags to punch in the coming months, we're not trying to interfere with that. Dates will be determined based on volunteer availability and the needs of the Forest Service. expecting towards the end of September and mid to late October.
