In d11 it's los angeles county forest, now they have the big white gates that are closed to roads, I'm wondering will I get in trouble if i hop over them and walk in to hunt? Or ride my quad in there? Any suggestions help Thanks

Check the site for closures, but closed gates generally just means that it is closed to motor driven vehicles. Walking in and sometimes a bike will be okay.

I would not take your quad around the closed gate.

I hunt in D11 a lot, those gates are strictly for motor vehicles. you can absolutely walk on them. Just be sure to have an adventure pass for wherever you ditch the vehicle, most forest cops i run into say that it isn't needed, but i never risk it. I usually leave a note on the dash board also
