Redefining terms dictating Colorado River water rights.

This is a battle that has no winners. There are wrong decisions on both sides of the issue. Biggest thing is the building of new communities in areas that cannot sustain water to support what is there now. Many examples. San Diego taking water from Salton Sea we see what that has done. Phoenix building new communities with no water. Las Vegas doing same thing. Utah wanting to build pipeline from Lake Powell to St. George to build new communities.
Granted Imperial Valley grows a tremendous amount of food for the entire country but there needs to be some kind of method to change how water is used. Current methods waste a lot of water

Absolutely. We have lived far too long like we don't occupy a desert.

Communities are built and designed to benefit auto and fuel/power industries with little regard to anything else. Vegas I think is one of the dumbest cities I've seen. Half the roads out there must be 100 ft wider then they need be.

How do you know it's not planning for future growth or for facilitating travel?
