WA state incentivizes hunters by putting those who report on time in for special draws.

Wish CA had that kind of leadership.

I follow all the rules but I will NEVER report a harvest it's how they close zones. Ever notice how they closed all the best lobster areas with the mlpa? That's because of us doing the right thing. I will not even talk to the dfg guys that are occasionally at the launch ramp unless they are are a DFG officer that demands to. I have great respect for what they do but I am bitter because of the mlpa.
