why am I still working 48-50 hours a week. I am 59 years old, I thought shit was supposed to get easier. The company I work for got sold . I was shooting off my mouth we make parts in the good old USA. now the owner of the company has sold us out, my future is uncertain.
I have been at the same company total of 23 years.

the manufacturing and people like me are becoming extinct. we will be the last of our kind.
the steel machine parts manufacturing in San diego is almost no more.
 
Construction seems to be booming, condos and homes going up everywhere even though we have no water...Hope things change with a new POTUS and Governor.

Thanks Huntndogs. I glad construction is starting back up. it was looking very poor for while there.
manufacturing as a hole is really going down the dumps in USA. I heard a while back GM is now in China
that means good ol chevy is no longer a USA product. can you imagine that.
I am close to retirement. this just moves my plans sooner. hahahaha
I ready to leave San Diego, & find better hunting grounds.
