Yep me too

I mostly shoot short range.
If some day I take the next level
Surely it will be a built rifle.
With quality trigger , barrel, bolt and carriage , and a dang good stock.
Learned a lot here.

My daughters doesn't have it either...I did cut a couple of loops off the spring...About 2.5 lbs now...Straight shooter and a really good value in a rifle for small framers and soft shooters.
Forgive Steve but I read it's not good to cut a spring. It's stuff I read. That it is better to by an other spring.
But hey it worked so never mind.

Nice! Looks like the tail is bobed or missing some off the end, looks short but may be just the angle. Those chickens are lucky to have you around.

Lee,

I was told I could do it and watched a YouTube video on the procedure...Seemed to work...To be honest though, the gun gets fired 4 or 5 times a year.

Ah good to know there are still simple and inexpensive remedies for it. Thanks. I do love their AccuTrigger though. Starting to think ahead about maybe getting one for the boy next year.

I did the MCarbo pro Trigger Kit on my Savage .308 huge difference in the pull and my accuracy. Hopefully next time I’m out it won’t be so windy and I can get past 200 yards.
