Most law enforcement has body cams, however they can edit it. Not suppose to do that but they do, that's why it's important To record . Also interactions can be foia ( freedom of information act) while I appreciate you warning us. It is not cut dry as you state.

Also the reason to invoke the first amendment is to pull out that phone and record the entire stop. You record for your safety.

I not a lawyer, but there is case of case where people rights are being violated. Law enforcement will search your vehical you don't give consent, you say it. And you don't answer questions, invoke your 1st, 4th and 5th amendment. Don't resist, don't argue, law enforcement it's there territory...
