If you applied online you might be able to log into the DFG site and check. You have to sign into the license area with your login .

You might give it thought if you want a long hair or short haired dog. Brittanies are great but I'd hate to have to dig stickers out of their coat every time I went in brush. That's the only thing that holds me back from getting one. I'll stick to my dopy GSP's. A bigger dog but great with kids...
