I'd love to bow hunt, unfortunately I have psoriatic arthritis, and it's particualrly bad in my left shoulder, so I think I'd have trouble with drawing a bow. I've heard that you can get an exeption from CDFW with a doctor's note and use a crossbow, so that may be something for me to look into.

Did you handle a Superlite as well by any chance? I handled both not long ago and in the hand they felt almost the same, so I wasn't to sure the flutes on the Superlite would be worth it.

You’re probably right. I’ve already got all my gear. With or without him I’m going out next weekend. I’m familiar with D14 as I used to live close to that area. If anything it’ll make for a nice day in the outdoors.
