Thanks! This buck was taken in the Okanagan region of British Columbia. We just ground up 20 pounds from that harvest last night and made some homemade sausages. They turned out really well. Nothing like doing it all from start to finish.. tastes that much better ;)

Just got back from a trip and my hunting partner had some of those with him... He wasn't really enjoying them, but they got the job done. I picked up a food dehydrator last year and am very happy with the meals I've made with that. I'll dig up some recipes if you're interested...
