I just got home after being kicked off the mountain in D11, because of the government shut down. The road was open when I got there, I was just about asleep when the wardens said I had to leave because of the shut down

There are many roads up there that have no gates so you should have no problem finding a spot to hunt regardless if they shut any gates. But I doubt any gates will be shut
