Tossed together a quick dinner tonight. Garlic parm elk steak bites. Made these before on the grill but I was in a hurry so fired up the flat top and cooked them on that tonight. Served them with a Caesar salad. My 4yr old daughter said it was the best dinner ever. Finished off with some chives from the garden.
