On the heels of my positive Vortex experience, I needed some assistance from Burris it get an OEM turret cap for a vintage scope I obtained as part of a used combo. They were very responsive (a few hours to respond to an email) and mailed the cap for $10 including shipping. Good experience, I learned they have a warranty program similar to Leupold but not quite as robust as Vortex. No paperwork needed
