Drew a swan permit and no clue how to hunt them. Anyone got an ideas? Do they decoy like ducks?

Got out there friday and pulled the SD cards. The pics were all does and fawns, the bears seemed to have disappeared but every tree in that drainage was freshly torn apart, like bright yellow. I like those portable panel blinds, get them under the evergreens and oak brush and they blend in...

For some reason i think this pack was planted, and will be relocated to Colorado, since Colorado is having issues getting wolfs from surrounding red states by December.
