Im from hawaii, just took 2 guys from california there for the axis deer hunt on lanai. 100$ for license 120$ for a deer tag. goat and sheep tag may be cheaper but overall its not- BudMiyamoto

I just picked up a 300 PRC and it packs a PUNCH.... I bought it for a elk hunt coming up sept. and took it to Hawaii test run for Axis deer and when it touched it crushed...... 212 grain Hornady precision Hunter ammo.- BudMiyamoto

It’s a diy hunt. There is a lottery draw but it’s been guaranteed draw just for the date you draw. Logistically it’s hard to get a place to stay and vehicles that allow you to access the hunting area.- BudMiyamoto

Nope. I know they are going to say its not covered by warranty. I sent in 2 repair requests and still haven't heard anything. I'm hoping they will at least give me a deal on a barrel. But who knows- BudMiyamoto
