Yep, only the kids with relatives that want to help them or top animals that go to a company that supports the program make money. My daughter teaches Ag and FFA in central CA. Those kids get big $ for everything.

I do this a few times a year with fat pintail and wigeon except all in the pan, no oven. If it wasn't for the added hassle of plucking, I'd do it to every bird with a lot of white fat.
I never did, but that last pic looks like the glory days of Lake Barrett. Had a lot of fun shooting cans, ringers and wigeon at Pete's pond. Hope that bridge isn't permanently burned.
Carli as mentioned above, all depends on how much you want to spend. Icon is another to look at. If you're talking about street ride with no weight in an F350, Carli has rear leaf springs that are supposed to help a lot but you'll have a reduced payload without adding air bags.
