95 percent of my shots at deer are taken laying down with my rifle on my pack same with sighting in a rifle especially out in the back country. Obviously the warden didn’t see anything to lead him to believe there was target shooting going on? Am I missing something? Hard to believe he rolled up...

My license and tag stays in my cargo pocket anytime im out hunting for this reason.

NBK and myself put in some miles today. Hit the trail while it was still dark. Beautiful area we hunted and seen absolutely 0 deer! The wind was blowing good. It was a good hike and cool temps at the elevation we hunted. Made for a comfortable hike in and out.

Took a youngster out this morning (17). First deer hunt with his own tag and the Kid was a natural…. Put him on a small forky and he went to work. First shot was low at 200yds and clipped his leg… loaded another one and put him down. It was a good day out there. Love taking the youngsters out...
