Last year 1140 random tags went to second choice applicants and zero randoms to first choice

Does it say if it's on 1st or 2nd choice?

I think you gotta pick it for your second choice... Last year no random first choice applicants were chosen..

I went D14, G13, A22..and bought a D16 as my 2nd tag.. no points don't think I'll draw D14.. possibly G13 but if not it's gonna be an AO
