Depending on the person. For me, 60 is my cutoff. For others, they can hit vitals at 120 all day long, and others won’t shoot past 20. Everyone is different but I wouldn’t consider 60 a “very long shot”

Yea they didn’t East any time. It was like 17 hours from the time I left to the time I found him and there was nothing left but the heart and lungs in the chest cavity.

This is the bullet. Frontal shot bullet went through all the meat but didn’t quite make it through the hide. Looked like he had a small tumor on his side.

Out in the mountains. Near that bush by the shrub on that hillside. You know that spot right?

Went out today and saw quite a few bucks. 2 of which were full blown sparing. Seemed a bit early for that kinda behavior. Fun to watch tho.

Passed on a doe at 18 yards opening morning. Nothin Sunday. Haven’t heard of any local bucks goin down yet myself.
