The big issue here with F&W is that most do not understand the difference between criminal law' which states what we CAN'T do', i.e., you can't murder someone. While F&W laws are prima Facia laws, which state what we can do, or use; if F&W law does not list "it" then it is illegal. Once again...

You have clearly provided irrefutable evidence of the exact opposite here in this thread, and on other forums.

A plug does not turn an illegal lamb into a legal ram. It just means the person doing the plugging did not know how to properly apply the legal measurement requirments. But since you attended the orientation, you should already know your lamb is not actually legal.
