    My best D16's

I hunted Texas a few years back on an 8000 acre low fence ranch. The owner told us if we see the one horned black buck, to kill it. It actually has a weird knob horn on the short side.

    D16 Trophy

I have hunted here for about 35 years. It took me 3 years to get my first deer, I am aware of how hard it is and how many feel the same way you do, but I disagree, A legal buck here on public is an accomplishment, yes but not the same as a trophy animal. D16 Trophy

Yes I have a 120, 118, 106, and a bunch over 80 that I haven't measured. I also shot plenty of forks when I started out in the early 90s. How big was that 4x4 you shot a while ago. That was big, 130? That is a trophy.

    D16 Trophy

What do you guys consider a D16 trophy deer? I mean based on size/inches. Not sentimental. I am aware that any legal buck is an accomplishment here but that's not what I am talking about. I think 100in is a good start. what do you guys think

    Shipping meat and antlers.

I am probably going to PA to hunt white tail and my friend want to shoot a red stag on a ranch. What do you guys suggest for getting the meat, antlers, and capes back to San Diego the least expensive way?

    Flying with guns and meat

I am thinking of hunting Texas and I would rather fly instead of drive. How hard is it to bring guns and a large cooler with meat on a plane. If any of you have done it, how much more did it cost? What else do I need to know? thanks
