    Generally your emails to most DFW higher up managment, gets reverted to scott . ( Richard kim scott boss )he's the biggest tell you what you want to hear never go forward on it he's rules border town.maybe CWA should back up so cal hunters,SJ has a CWA project office ponds that's a joke...

    CWA should set the meeting with hunter & discuss with DFW. non profit organizations sponsored by hunters , they destroy the alkalibullrush moonscraping needs to be relocated .they only plant millet, Y15 scott said will have swamp Timothy this year lol

    Definitely not happening in southern California no public communication with are wildlife area management .management in so cal work remotely from home .the meeting last year management was showing picture of areas and progress for that season,picture where 3 years old got luv it .all hang it up...

    Should be a option island or dike hunting .going to be same as SJwa mid season birds ar going to go around them skybusted island you dont have 100 yard mobility like a dike.you have sjwa supervisor still in control of wister that's what happened no public input.

    T10 - 5 was a good spot when the east side was green feed. CWA came up with the idea to flood it to choke out the weeds. Once you lose something at wister you dont get it back like alkalibullrush that's being disc away not relocated before CWA project

    You have central waterfowl associations restructuring southern California areas ,its going to be set up like central California areas, I'd prefer the option of hunting islands blind or on the dike , y do the changes seems to fall in course of SJWA
