2nd Tag Question

I have a D16 tag already but the first part of this alert, the bit about the “public quota has been filled”...does this mean that even on Aug 2nd an X10 won’t be available at 8am?

“Hunt X10 (Zone X10) is no longer available. The public quota has been filled.; Hunt X10 (Zone X10) is a restricted hunt. Hunter already has a tag for a restricted hunt. Hunters may not have more than one restricted hunt tag. These restrictions end in early August. See regulations for specific dates.”
