The Bobcat Protection Act of 2013
Piece by Piece they are trying to take it all away. Some guys say "well I dont hunt Bobcats, so this doesn't effect me". A lot of guys said the same thing about the Hound Hunting bill that passed last year. This is how they will eventually Ban ALL hunting and Fishing in this state. With all the Gun Control talk, this is when they try to slip this kind of stuff under the radar.
Like always, there is no science or logic behind this. Just like when they passed prop 117 in 1991 to protect the mt lion.
