Another great game filled dinner tonight! It was just delicious...

Caprese Salad (basil from the garden)
Garlic Roasted Cauliflower
D16 Venison Back-strap cooked rare/medium rare (olive oil, salt & pepper)

Almost forgot to post a pic of my feast. Batter fried Elk, cheesy potatoes and green beans all washed down with a little Beam and Pepsi.
Yeh I made a pig of myself again.

Well unfortunately we are just about all done consuming this one.....
But on the Brightside looks like a Colo. trip is in order this year.

Caprese Salad is an amazing and tasty salad that goes with anything

Fresh firm but ripe Roma tomatoes
Fresh Julienned basil
Cubed mozzarella
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar (optional)
Salt & Pepper to taste
