My favorite easy meal. Elk Sloppy Joe's with American Cheese and fresh onion buns.

Ground elk meat, pasilla chili's, onion and Sloppy Joe mix out of the can!

Oh, and a frosty New Castle...

Pasilla chili is the key. Just cook it up with the onions and garlic. Brown the meat, add the canned sauce and simmer for a bit.

Oh - and cold New Castle!
