Arrow saw on the cheep.

A buddy of mine wanted me to post how I made this arrow saw for cheap. I got the plans out of a field and stream magazine article and it works like a charm. I had some of the pieces laying around the garage. In fact the only pieces I bought were the saw and the saw blades. The saw I got at Harbor Freight for around $35 and the blades on eBay for about $13. All in all easy project and works great.jevytu4y.jpg

Supplies list:
Saw - Harbor Freight
Carbon blades- eBay
1"x6"- hardware store (I used plywood)
Drawer slide- hardware store
Yard stick- hardware store
1"x2"x2"- hardware store

The two angled screws are for my shop vac hose. Apparently carbon dust is not good for the lungs!

Very cool. It's always great to rig up a tool using a little ingenuity.
