Awesome. Kinda shocked the 9th ruled that way. There's a pretty good chance this will actually stand since the SC would likely concur if the case was appealed.
this happened a few years ago. stuck around for a week or so if I recall. wish I understood the legal process more, hopefully it stays gone for good!!!
Now I expect Gruesome and the state attorney general will file a law suit and some liberal judge will grant them a hearing and the ruling will once again be put on hold.
