So I am almost done with my built rifle being complete and I was told to use bore paste and to run it through the full length of the barrel 200 strokes and another 100 through the throat and muzzle what do you guys think about this ?

Look for the instructions on their website they talk about lapped barrels and which ones to use or you could call them and ask for help

That's an awesome video. It's like the story of the guy who bought a new truck but the one condition was the salesman had to include a hammer in the sale. Before buyer gets in his brand new truck he takes the hammer smacks the side of the truck looks at the salesman and says "now I don't have to worry about my first dent".

Just shoot it! Take a bore snake with you run it through the barrel with some CLP every once in a while and get some rounds through the gun.
