Well, up an atom this morning. Leaving the Yuma motel and heading to the AZ hunters safety test in quest of my extra point for life. It's a bout time, should have done this 20 years ago. One less thing off the to do list and one more point closer to a sheep tag etc.

Nice going the extra mile to get it done. I need to take that one these weekends when I am down there. Smart to do it before seasons open.
I can't wait to see the big horn when you finally bag him.

Just finished the course. I am the proud owner of a permanent AZ preference point for life. This was one of the best hunter safety programs I have ever seen. So, well done to the volunteers who made it happen.

Nick, basically if you take the class (on line and field) Arizona awards you a preference point that you keep for life. So if you draw one year the next year you have at least one point. And two points if you have a loyalty point. It is a must if you are seriously pursuing tags in Az.

This is a no brainer if you're gonna apply for tags in Az. Then after five years of continuous applying for individual species, you'll get a "loyalty point", which is another point. So take the class, apply for five years and you'll have 7 points instead of 5. Ed F
