My new wickid light didn't disappont me tonight. I got my first coyote nailed it on the run with my shotgun. Glad I used a shotgun never would have got him with out it. Those Winchester extende range coyote are freaking impressive. Also had my first experience skinning a coyote turned out pretty good for my first. Feeling good can't wait to go out again tomorrow night.

Lightning Jack all the way. I seem to have the best luck with that. Baybee Cottontail has called one in for me before but I missed. Any recommendations on some I should download?

No wonder you are so careful to sit with your back to a wall!

Lions came to electric both times. They always come in the way the call isn't facing (only twice)but that's where you sit

Ya maybe someday. That is what I tried at first but was never able to have any succes. 100% because I suck at it and need to practice. My wife loves when I practice hand calls.

I skinned it. I tried fleshing the hide on Saturday but started doing some damage. I am going to see if I can get Perry Taxidermy to flesh it for me and I will tan it. The hide is going on my boys wall they want as much dead stuff as tehy can on their walls. Is keeping the skull a lot easier than skinning?

To each their own on what trophies they keep. If you keep the skull, you still have to skin it and get as much meat off as you can... then decide how to get everything else off: beatle box, bury it, boil it. Might make a cool hideaway for fish in a fish tank for the boys... I think SDBirds is building a house out of his skulls. ;)
