Grilled euros

For a change of pace from dove poppers, I marinated and grilled up some euros we bagged last week, along with some corn and jalapenos, and of course a cold cocktail. For the marinade I use soy sauce, lemon juice, a splash of vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. I like to marinade it for at least 3-4 hours. Right before I grill I drain it into a saucepot and reduce down the marinade into a glaze, then use that to brush the meat, keeping it moist sort of like teriyaki. Its amazing how big those euro breasts are! (Insert joke here.)
