Okay. I know most of you are up to speed, but I was asked to post this to get the word out more. It has almost 4,000 hits on another hunting website which alot of us frequent, so there's no reason we can't drum up support here. Assuming it's good with Jason and Ali, here it is.
In my opinion, Josh is being railroaded by some less than honest people, or at least people with other motives. He's getting tons of support on his side, and hopefully it will all work out for him. However, he is a 20 year old kid, who from what I am told, is a great kid, did everything right, and finds himself in the middle of this mess. One of our very own on BD has taken him under his wing in the past, and swears by this guy. I have no doubt that he's telling the truth.

Also, this guy is only 20, waiting to go to Paramedic school, and has no money for legal representation. Funds are being collected to assist him, so please, if you care about what is happening regarding local activities with fish and Game, you may want to help out. Most of us have had nothing but routine meetings with DFG, myself included, but there are some really fishy issues at work here.
