errrrrrr..... why do i get the feeling that eminent domain would be used to force private land owners to give the .gov easements at " fair market value" that at the moment is cheap. I would also guess that most of that land locked land is managed better by the private owners around it than the .gov would do if they had control or access.

More research would be needed before giving such a blanket yes as outdoor life has.... by the way who reads outdoor life anymore?
