ended up screwing up my flight dates for Kauai so no bow hunting but we are still having a good time over here. We come home Wednesday. Gotta love paradise.

We are staying at the Grand Hyatt Kauai on Poipu Beach. Been surf fishing right out front haven’t caught anything much bigger than the picture. I did help a few kids get their first fish which is always cool. I think the actual beach name is shipwrecks.
What is the temperature? What is it when you add in the humidity?

Pretty much rained all last week and it was cold. The days where the sun is out it is in the 70s and the humidity is really mild. Definitely better weather in San Diego right now.
Bitchin. Love that place. Let me know if you want to chase bonefish. I can point you to a flat out there that I always see them. I'm told conventional stuff works for them.

Mmm.. bonefish cakes. Filet, scrape meat off with spoon, mash, season, add green onion and garlic, fry em up. In a sandwich or with some rice.. bomb.
