SCH OUTDOORS

My Ultralight Scouting and Hunting Setup

I always have a cel phone which is good for 95% of areas I hunt. As for fire starter etc if I get lost on one of these short trips or find a way to freeze to death locally I deserved it.

I also have the tall bino adapter from Outdoorsmans, but when I got the GTP-II I decided to try out the short bino adapter. Now I can leave it attached to my binoculars in my harness and it saves a step during setup.

I may save the tall adapter for some 15x binoculars to make swapping that out a cinch as well.

Ya great point. I need to buy the short adapter you can use the short with the 15x as well. Just need to bite the bullet and buy another adapter. Outdoorsman pushes the tall for 15x but it isn’t needed at least from what I have seen.

Shot another video. This one is my minimalist scouting and hunting set up. Great for quick morning hunts, scouting, or setting a few cameras. Definitely a great set up that I utilize often. This is as light as I get without staying in the truck.

Well done, thanks
