Are you sure you like this idea. The bill also included changing game violations to misdemeanors from petty misdemeanors. This means heavier fines more state cost via more investigation hours and so on. If CA adopted this imagine the additional cost in tax dollars. I'm not opposed to the concept of the bill but just wished it could be done without all the pork.
