The thing I wish Onx would include is the parcel number for private parcels (owner name is provided and part of the tax address). Having the parcel number would make it easier when using multiple systems to get more details on a property.

I am going out this week. Some one has been kind enough to help me out. Im so excited. I feel blessed to have this opportunity. I am looking to change my families diet to a native diet. Harvesting a deer would be a complete blessing for my family. Rabbit, and turkey on the list as well. No more beef. Anyways sorry to ramble on, but this hunt is all ive been thinking about..... been shooting my daily. Shoulder started to hurt again today so ill take a day or 2 off.

go to Balboa, on the coarse in the back practice uphill and downhill shots, from kneeling position,
behind bush and trees, don't use the yardage markers and try and guess the distance make your shot then verify with your rangefinder, good luck, be safe , have fun

Give your arm a rest.shoot only 2 or 3 arrows. Pretend that the first shot has to count. If I remember right, only one shot is allowed on the 3 d targets. Start out 10 yards. Then 20 then 30 yards and so on.get the feel for the distance. Then I suggest as Stevie suggested above. I try not to rely on a range finder. All though there is range finders that can be mounted right on the bow.now that's cool. I had times when tracking and stalking, I had no time to range. But in a tree stand you can range objects a round the stand. Trees, rocks or any thing.
added a note shoot 2-3 arrows at each session. that way it give your arms and back a rest between each session.
