Outdoor Archery practice in North County SD?

Does anyone know where I could do target practice in North County SD area? I am familiar with the Archery shops and the Poway archery range.

I am looking for an outdoors space where I can bring my target and bow and practice. No littering, no drinking no smoking. Just practice for an hr or so.

If anyone has any suggestions? Please send me a PM.

The Balboa archery range is out doors up to 60 yards I believe.
It's a sweet range first come first serve. Go early..
