OK guys I too am getting more excited. I like this weather in the San Diego county. Opener should be good guys.
I have decided to use my rifle on the opener & take my own advice and wear lots of orange.

I will be at the PK2000 to night verifying my scopes are in & good. couple of shots should be good enough.
I still get excited after 42 years. I am ready guy's ;D

Personally I'll wait until mid next week to go out.
That way all the opening day guys that only go out once a year will be gone.

The way I figure it, if you don't get excited about it....it's time to quit.
I've been going out archery twice a week since A-22 opened....I still get excited every time :D
 
Mid week will prob be better. This overcast hasn't been making it to the mountains. Its been cool at night, warm during the day, and a little breezy. Low pressure heading this way for mon night thru wens morning.
 
I was all set to go way in on Friday, to get out of people's way before the shootin' starts. But instead I'm taking the red eye tonight to the East Coast for an urgent family matter. Family first, I always say; but DANG! But I do agree that next week will be less crowded and definitely safer.
