Ventura County by way of Idaho
This is a predator caller I made because I didn't want to spend money on a real one. Here are the pics.

I got the megaphone on eBay for around $40-50
The aluminum stand is 1"x1/8" from Home Depot around $5
The Bluetooth receiver was from eBay for around $10

Pros: cheap, Loud and clear, I transmit the calls from an app on my phone and I can change the volume remotely, you can also use it to play music from your phone or tablet

Cons: cheap (of course I want a new turbo dog but I can buy a lot of arrows for what I saved), kind of heavy (uses 4 d size batteries), Bluetooth has a limited range of about 10 yards not a deal breaker for me because I hunt with archery.

Been borrowing a FoxPro FX3 and it EATS batteries....and maybe everyone else is using the same caller and training 'em, cuz I can hear 'em out there, but they sure as heck ain't coming to any calling.

kool setup, I started with the johnny stewart caller cost about $40 bucks plus taxes.... I got my first yote with that lil thing, the only thing was the volume was not loud enough to call in the yote from far. my buddy still uses it and he calls in yotes tol this day.... I now have the $200 fox pro which does its job pretty job. Good Luck and post some pics of your first kill on that rig up.

If you're anywhere in Riverside County, I've ruined coyote hunting for everyone! They know exactly what NOT to come into ;)

Imperial County here...I think I'm going to get me a mouth call for coyote vocals to go with my distress call so I can change it up a bit and quit lugging this 'lectronic wizbang gadget around.

I have the Jonny Stewart caller also and for the price and the right application that little caller can be pretty effictive. Its light enough I usually throw it into my pack when I am hunting in Idaho just in case we run across a Wolf with a death wish!
