I saw John's video on how to cook up some Elk chili. It was easy and amazing!! I made it with ground Elk meat and offered it at my daughter's baby shower and got lots of people asking how to make this recipe. Part of me is bummed that I did because there was no left overs for the Super Bowl. But nothing is too good for my daughter who is pregnant with my wife and ms's first grandson! Thanks for sharing this easy and delicious recipe. I strongly recommend this one to all.

Manny, first off congratulations on the expected grandchild. Secondly, thanks for the post: I'm going to have to try that chili recipe. Thirdly, congrats sharing your elk in that way. It's always great to share game with non-hunters; really shows why hunting is useful, important and natural. I do that a lot because even people who feel ambivalent about hunting can usually relate to it in that context. Gives them food for thought.
