Looks great.T hat's about how done I do it. Give this a try next time. Depending on about of tuna adjust amounts. Soy sauce, dark sesame seed oil, crushed garlic, fresh grated ginger and some chopped green onions if you like. Put tuna in baggie with sauce and in frig. for two hours. Either pan fry or put on bbq/smokers. Cook as desired. I just happen to have some recently caught BFT.
