Share program hunting partner quesiton

If you have a successful SHARE program draw, you get to bring a hunting partner. Can that partner hunt too? (I'm asking about Tejon, if it matters...)

Just wondering if the hunting buddy that you would get to bring along would also be allowed to shoot...

No, he can't shoot......but that's the bonus for this hunt Tejon only let's paid hunters in on these hunts but if you draw you can bring a non hunter with you.
